If your satisfaction with your purchase is less than 100% and you wish to either obtain a refund or make an exchange, it is necessary to send back the items to us within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods.
All items intended for a refund or exchange must be returned to us in a condition suitable for resale, which includes:
- The item is in a brand new condition.
- The item has not been washed, worn, or carries a scent of cologne.
- All tags and relevant packaging are intact.
You bear responsibility for the goods until they reach our facilities. For your own security, we advise using a signed-for delivery service that ensures the value of the goods during the return process.
Unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item, both the delivery and return postage charges are non-refundable. It's important to note that if a courier returns an order to us, the original postage cost is not eligible for a refund.
If you are returning an item(s) for an exchange in size, no additional postage charge will be applied.
